Hey, I’m Renee
Welcome to my little space on the stack.
about me …
I’m a homeschooling mum of two who spends her days creating a way of life that feels good. I love nature, good stories and laughing until I can’t breathe.
I’m a big believer in magic and living in reverence to the spirals and cycles of life, but I’m also human and say ‘fuck’ … a lot.
Truth is my homeboy, shadow work is my jam and daggy dancing is my love language.
I’m stoked to have you here, below you’ll find whats on offer.
Honestly, Renee
I don’t publish this one often, and here’s why;
1) I like time to integrate
2) I endeavour to share whats of value
3) I try not to enlarge my ego into thinking it’s some damn guru
Think of this one like a lightning bolt in the forest; it’ll strike at random, provide a flash of light that blinds you for a moment, and then be gone.
Short Stories
This is a newbie. I’m excited/nervous about this.
A place for all the random scenes and characters that live inside my mind.
Think short creative pieces.
Nothing serious, just a wannabe writer practicing her craft.
Hope
I recently self-published my first book.
I’ve been journaling for almost a decade now, and from these raw and vulnerable entries came Hope: A journey of self-love.
It details my 9-year journey of overcoming a debilitating self-hate that ruled my existence (whilst I tried to raise my babies and survive my daily life). Basically, I climbed a mountain whilst on fire - at least that’s what it felt like.
I’ve been told its brave, honest, relatable and inspiring.
Who’s Hope for? This book is for you if;
you’re on an awakening journey, especially as a new mum
you have ever hated yourself
you feel stuck in life
you want the courage to admit your own truth
you feel alone, lost or in the dark
you know there’s more to life but doubt yourself
you don’t believe you have the power to change
Hope is more than my story. She’s your story too. And she’s here to remind you exactly who you are.
that’s all from me, for now
I have more books I long to write, values I wish to instil in my children, and gardens waiting to be grown.
May the words I write and the worlds I build be a reminder of your own power and potential.
With love,
